These Terms govern your use of services provided by The Signature Pour, a mobile bartending service in Houston, Texas, including our SMS messaging program.
By opting in — through our website inquiry or booking form, or by texting us — you agree to receive text messages from The Signature Pour related to your inquiry and event. This is a transactional and conversational program, not a recurring marketing program.
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Event bookings are confirmed by a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit; the balance is due before the event per your agreement. Because we operate as a dry-hire service, the client provides the alcohol; we provide bartending service, mixers, equipment, and craft. Service terms specific to your event are set out in your booking agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, The Signature Pour is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our staff serve responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests.
